Offerings

All Massage appointments are at Jaime’s home in Uptown, Chicago,
where they live with their wife and two dogs.

30 minute massage - a clinically focused treatment of 1-2 specific areas.
Often involves trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping

60 minute massage - Choose a full body massage, or focus on the upper/lower body for more attention to problem spots

90 minute massage - Reserved for those who have a lot going on

and could really benefit from extra time in the massage zone
